A scheduled transition strip bridges the change between scheduled carpet and tile flooring across a doorway. The transition strip is countersunk and secured to the concrete slab using stainless steel fasteners. The threshold maintains a maximum slope of one to two and a maximum height of one-half inch. Scheduled carpet is glued down to the concrete slab as specified on the finish plan.
