Rigid insulation supports a continuous sheet of reinforced membrane that wraps around the roof curb and is secured with seam fastening plates spaced twelve inches on center. Bonding adhesive secures the membrane to the substrate while cut-edge sealant protects exposed edges. A metal cap or counter flashing installs over the top of the curb per the manufacturer instructions. Outside corners receive specialized reinforcement per detail. The adjacent roof deck features crickets and sloped framing directing water toward sumped roof drains.
