A six-inch diameter concrete filled painted steel pipe bollard stands four feet high above a reinforced concrete slab or pavement. A prefabricated bollard cap with a headed stud anchor secures into the top of the concrete fill. Continuous sealant is applied at the exterior base of the bollard where it meets the sloped concrete surface at grade.
