A continuous 4 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch steel angle is embedded into the concrete tilt-up panel with reinforcing number 4 bars at each hinge point. Three steel hinges are welded on each side to the embedded angle and to a 3-inch by 3-inch by 1 1/2-inch steel angle frame. An 18-gauge by 1 1/2-inch deep galvanized steel decking is welded to the steel frame and reinforced with a 1 1/2-inch by 1 1/2-inch by 1/4-inch steel angle cross brace. All exposed metal is painted to match the enclosure per specifications.
