An insulated pipe penetrates the roof assembly, encased in a protective pipe jacket and surrounded by a minimum of one inch of foam-in-place insulation that extends twelve inches minimum to the deck flute. Four metal seam plates secure the base per penetration. A vapor barrier runs along the vertical surface left uncut or altered, and a field-wrapped membrane flashing extends three inches up the vertical surface or per roofing manufacturer requirements, adhered to the vapor barrier and hot air welded to the roof membrane.
