A rubberized coved wall base is installed at the junction between a painted wall partition and a concrete floor slab or topping slab. Flooring material such as luxury vinyl tile or carpet meets the coved base, with finish types directed to finish plans. The vertical wall partition is finished with paint above the four-inch minimum base height.
