A metal fence assembly is anchored in a concrete footing with a concrete mow curb over compacted subgrade. The vertical terminal posts consist of 4 inches wide by 4 inches deep by 11 gauge ASTM A-36 galvanized steel tubes with welded caps. Horizontal framing utilizes 2 inches wide by 2 inches high by 14 gauge A-36 galvanized steel tubular channels. A-36 galvanized steel square 16 gauge pickets are spaced at 6 inches on center and welded to the outside of the fence. A top 1-1/2 inch steel pipe railing is supported by the 4 inch square tubular steel posts spaced at 8 feet on center. Notes specify painting requirements, turf conditions requiring mow curbs, and joint grinding.
