The assembly features a forged brass valve body with a replaceable stainless steel seat and a replaceable fine metering stainless steel floating needle. Control is provided by a forged brass four-arm handle fitted with a colored plastic index disc and a three-sixteenths inch adjustment. The inlet consists of a three-eighths inch NPT female connection, or alternatively a three-eighths inch IPS mounting shank with locknut and washer as required at panel-mounted locations. A threaded brass floating escutcheon seals against the wall surface, and the outlet terminates in a removable ten-serration hose end.
