A field mold door head assembly integrates a continuous JM TPO membrane adhered to the approved wall substrate and deck. The TPO membrane is secured with JM approved fasteners and plates spaced a maximum of twelve inches on center through the insulation and cover board into the approved deck. A continuous one and a half inch minimum weld is provided where indicated, along with JM edge sealant applied as required. The membrane transitions from the vertical wall surface over a cant strip onto the horizontal roof deck assembly.
