A stainless steel top is stiffened on its underside with one-inch by four-inch hat channel bracing welded directly to the table top. A stainless steel gusset and leg assembly connects beneath the top to support the structure. The outer edge features a straight turn-down edge extending two inches vertically with a thirty-degree angled return flange. Fabrication complies with NSF standards per foodservice specifications.
