The floor panel features a 4-inch thickness set over a 1/4-inch leveling sand layer, topped with a 3 3/4-inch total thickness of tile, grout, and concrete by others. A wainscot extends 36 inches up the face of the vertical wall panel. The overall depth from the finished floor to the subfloor includes an 8-inch vertical dimension zone requiring verification of tile and grout thickness and pit depth.
