A concrete in-line panel joint assembly meets a demising wall. The structural concrete panels feature typical three-quarter-inch chamfered edges along the exterior joint. An Emseal Colorseal is installed at the exterior panel joint, while specified waterproofing WP5 runs along the exterior face. An acoustic seal is applied typically at the interior joints, with demising wall finish AWP-1 returning at the interior partition.
