Anchorage of suspended ceiling wires and seismic bracing to overhead structural concrete. A splayed seismic bracing wire connects via a three-inch wide by four-inch long twelve-gauge steel strap bent to align with the wire, secured with four tight turns in a ceiling clip and anchored to the concrete using a three-eighths-inch diameter drill-in expansion anchor with a three-inch embedment. A vertical hanger wire is secured with three tight turns in a ceiling clip, anchored to the concrete using either a zero-point-one-four-five-inch diameter shot-in anchor with a one-and-one-quarter-inch minimum embedment or a drilled-in anchor maintaining a one-and-one-eighth-inch minimum edge distance.
