The assembly features a one and one-half inch outside diameter stainless steel handrail terminating in a returned curve with a stainless steel dome cap. A one-half inch stainless steel rod connects the handrail to a three-sixteenths inch stainless steel cap plate atop a one and one-half inch outside diameter stainless steel handrail post. The horizontal extension dimension may vary at aisle intersections and is verified in the field. A one-eighth inch fillet weld is typically applied.
