A Knox-box 3200 vault is recess-mounted into a solid concrete wall and secured using three-eighths-inch Grade 5 or Grade 8 fasteners. The flanged housing features a hinged access door equipped with an optional door Knox tamper alert switch that wires directly to the building alarm system. The unit is installed at a minimum height of five feet above the ground.
