An aluminum coping caps the parapet assembly, seated over high-temperature self-adhering flashing and foil separation tape. A stainless steel reglet and counter-flashing integrate with the vapor barrier and termination bar on the exterior face. The weather-resistant barrier laps a minimum of 4 inches, while the self-adhering flashing laps a minimum of 3 inches. One-quarter-inch diameter weep holes are spaced at 24 inches on center. Silicone tape and continuous sealant joints seal the mechanical screen attachment.
