This built-in millwork assembly features a plastic-laminate frame with a melamine interior and three-millimeter PVC edge banding on exposed edges. Plastic-laminate cabinet doors with typical pulls are installed with a two-foot-six-inch lower compartment and adjustable one-inch shelving with brackets. A designated microwave shelf includes a lip for microwave trim kits, positioned above lower storage and below upper compartments. Electrical junction boxes are coordinated per electrical plans within the rear wall cavity. The base of the unit sits on a rubber base adhered to the floor.
