A concrete wall panel section contains two continuous number seven bars spanning the full width of the panel with standard ninety-degree hooks at each end located at both the top and bottom. Number five bars are spaced at a maximum of ten inches on center across the full width of the panel. Number three ties are spaced at eight inches on center and are omitted where vertical reinforcing cages occur.
