An exterior concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a concrete footing with a structure and non-shrink grout connection. A concrete slab on grade rests over a four-inch free draining granular base adjacent to the wall interior. Rigid foundation insulation is installed along the wall per Comcheck requirements. A dock door assembly interfaces with the top of the wall and slab. Exterior finish grade or exterior flatwork meets the bottom exterior face of the wall.
