An intermediate stair landing assembly features a three-inch concrete fill with wire mesh reinforcement supported on a metal pan, framed by a steel channel header and a steel angle stiffener. A bent closure plate is positioned beyond the slab edge, and the concrete landing ties into the pan stairs with a sanitary cove detail. Each pan includes two equally spaced three-eighth-inch holes at the back.
