This connection assembly features a typical cap plate bolt stack utilizing a three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM A325 bolt measuring four and three-quarter inches in length. The stack includes a three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM F959 Type 325 direct tension indicator washer, a three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM F436 washer, and two one-half-inch thick plate washers per detail 8 on sheet 3.S-514. A second three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM F436 washer is positioned beneath a three-quarter-inch diameter ASTM A563 nut. Four bolt stacks are provided per cap plate and are shipped separately.
