A sixteen-gauge cold rolled hollow metal door frame installs beneath a concrete tilt-up panel, sized per structural drawings. Wire tee frame anchors secure the head at thirty-two inches on center per manufacturer specifications. A three-quarter-inch chamfer finishes the concrete edge above a continuous bead of caulking. A metal drip shield at the head matches the door frame finish. The hollow metal door has no open seams to the weather.
