An exterior steel stair assembly framing features MC12x10.6 stringers anchored to a precast concrete panel and a concrete foundation. A C8x18.75 channel frames the top landing alongside a C4x5.4 member typical at the guardrail attachment. The concrete slab and foundation connect via 3/4-inch diameter all-threaded epoxy anchors spaced at 12 inches on center using Hilti Hit HY-150 adhesive or an approved equal. Steel guardrails and handrails attach to the stair framing per architectural drawings. Treads and landings are installed per the manufacturer specifications.
