L-shaped anchor rods extend upward from embedded sleeves set into a concrete foundation slab over compacted subgrade. A protective sleeve encases the lower portion of each anchor rod, providing a two-inch embedment tolerance zone within the concrete. The concrete slab rests on a prepared sub-base.
