A metal locker unit is set against an acoustical wall assembly with a continuous one-inch acoustical liner behind the lockers. The top of the assembly is finished with a three-quarter-inch medium-density fiberboard scribe fastened to a continuous metal angle with countersunk screws. The base sits on a metal zee base with floor anchors, elevating the lockers four inches from the floor. Accessible lockers include an extra shelf placed fifteen inches off the floor and required signage per accessibility standards. Wall backing and anchoring are coordinated per the manufacturer's recommendations and general contractor requirements.
