A field fabricated pipe flashing assembly is installed over rigid insulation with a non-reinforced flashing layer and a reinforced membrane water stop. The assembly is secured using fasteners and fastening plates installed per the manufacturer instructions. A stainless steel clamping ring is fitted around the pipe penetration and installed per the manufacturer specifications, with sealant applied at the membrane edges.
