A hollow metal door frame is centered on the wall assembly and grouted solid, with the door positioned below as scheduled. The overhead support consists of a concrete masonry unit bond beam, coordinated with structural drawings. Flanking the masonry are one and one-half inch metal studs finished with five-eighths inch gypsum board on each side.
