Roof drains and overflow drains are set into the roof assembly with tapered rigid insulation sloping toward the drains. A single-ply roof membrane runs continuously over the rigid insulation and terminates at the drain fixtures. The assembly is supported by roof sheathing sized per structural requirements. A two-inch collar is provided specifically at overflow drains only, with a minimum two-foot separation spacing between drains.
