An interior door jamb frame is set within a scheduled metal stud partition finished with high-pressure laminate wall panels on both sides. The frame profile incorporates a continuous reinforced channel and slip track assembly, with gypsum board painted black at the reveals. Typical sealant and caulking are applied at the perimeter joints between the frame and adjacent wall finishes.
