A lead pipe flashing assembly penetrates a roof membrane with a two-and-a-half-pound lead flashing sleeve set into a bed of roof cement over stripping plies. A stainless steel screw clamp secures the top of the sleeve around a tall pipe or closed pipeline, with the lead sleeve edge flared above the clamp. One part urethane sealant seals the upper edge of the lead sleeve against the pipe penetration. The roof membrane complies with project specifications per FM 90 and interfaces with the primed flange.
