This one-hour rated floor assembly features wood framing with resilient channels attached to the underside, supporting one layer of five-eighths-inch Type X gypsum board. The top side consists of a double floor using a five-eighths-inch plywood subfloor, with the finish floor provided by tenant. The assembly meets a one-hour fire rating and STC 50 sound transmission rating per LADBS P/BC 2017-069.
